Megan is an attorney, real estate investor, and the founder of LiveLikeMike Homes, a mission-driven nonprofit providing affordable co-living and recovery and transitional housing throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. By day, she serves as Director of Labor and Employment Counsel at Newell Brands, a Fortune 500 company, where she guides complex workplace decisions with a commitment to fairness, compliance, and accountability — the same professional rigor she brings to everything she builds outside the boardroom. LiveLikeMike Homes was born from grief and transformed into purpose. Outside of her professional and nonprofit work, she enjoys traveling, reading, watching romantic comedies, and spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs, Freedom and Einstein. Dr. Shayla Giles, DNP, CRNA.
Dr. Giles, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist practicing in Chicago, IL, and the owner of Poetic Dreams Anesthesia, PC, where she provides perioperative and procedural anesthesia care across the lifespan. Her clinical expertise includes regional anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, and geriatric perioperative management. Dr. Giles holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with specialty certification in anesthesia and brings two years of dedicated clinical practice experience to every patient she serves. Outside of her medical career, she is an avid traveler, art collector, and enthusiastic supporter of the performing arts — with a particular love for ballet, opera, and jazz. Dr. Giles also serves on the board of Live Like Mike Homes, a nonprofit recovery and transitional housing organization founded in Atlanta in 2024.

Anthony Giles, CRNA, PC, where he specializes in both adult and pediatric anesthesia care. Dr. Giles holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with specialty certification in anesthesia. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and watching movies. Prior to launching Apollo, Albert built an impressive corporate career holding Vice President roles at both U.S. Bank and Citigroup, where he led high-performing sales and operations teams, drove aggressive revenue growth, and managed large-scale performance initiatives across multiple markets. Thresa is a visionary finance and operations executive with over 30 years of experience driving transformational change across nonprofit and corporate sectors. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hope and Help, a Central Florida nonprofit dedicated to eliminating the spread of HIV and reducing health disparities, and will complete her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Nonprofits in 2026. Her distinguished career includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for both Stand for Children and Pace Center for Girls, Inc., as well as Senior Vice President of Finance for Edison Learning, the nation's largest charter school management company, where she oversaw operations across 22 states. Thresa holds numerous industry-recognized certifications, is an alumna of the Wharton School of Business Strategic CFO Executive Fellows Program, and has received prestigious honors including the Jacksonville Ultimate CFO Award, Jacksonville's Women of Influence Award, and the Duke Executive Leadership Certification. Deeply committed to community service, she has served on the WJCT Public Broadcasting Board of Directors, the CFO Leadership Council Board of Advisors, and proudly serves on the board of Live Like Mike Homes, a nonprofit recovery and transitional housing organization in Atlanta. Janay Alexander, Esq.
Janay Alexander is an attorney and proud graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Class of 2021. After nearly three years of litigation experience at a private firm, she now serves as a Judicial Law Clerk for a federal judge, where she has deepened her understanding of the federal judiciary and sharpened her legal analysis at the highest level. Janay is passionate about serving others and advocating for the rights of individuals, with aspirations of becoming a Federal Public Defender — committed to being a voice for the voiceless. She brings that same spirit of advocacy and service to her role as a board member of LiveLikeMike Homes, where she provides legal insight and sound judgment to support the organization's operations and mission.
